1. This platform uses artificial intelligence to generate videos, images, audio and text.

2. Materials you upload (images, videos, voices, likenesses) must be owned by you or lawfully licensed. Do not upload another person's likeness, voice or copyrighted works for generation without permission.

3. AI-generated content labels: by default the platform adds visible and invisible labels to generated content. If you export content without the visible label, you must clearly disclose that it is AI-generated when you publish or distribute it, and you are responsible for that disclosure. The platform keeps related records as required by law.

4. You must not use the platform to create unlawful, misleading or infringing content.

5. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law. Credits for failed generations are refunded automatically.
